"Friendly and, above all very honest. On a couple of occasions they've identified a very minor fault, given me a quote, and then promptly told me it's not worth having it done as it's not, and won't, cause any issues. A garage that quotes you for a job and then talks you out of having it done is a garage I like! They specialise in VW and Audi cars, but they'll service any make with no problems.
